Your responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support and assistance in the basic operation of the business
- Maintain files and records
- Data entry
- Create and provide accurate monthly reports
- Send monthly statements
- Account reconciliation
- Customer care
- Communication by phone and email
Your qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills both written and oral
- Great organizational skills and a excellent eye for detail and accuracy
- Strong proficiency with Windows, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Ability to multi-task and meet strict deadlines
- Flexibility/adaptability to meet new tasks
- Some accounting experience is beneficial
- Previous experience is an asset
